NationVest LLC may purchase properties directly, assign contracts to other buyers, list properties for sale, or refer you to other licensed professionals. Submitting information through this website does not create an agency relationship, and NationVest is not acting as your real estate agent, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor unless a separate written agreement specifically establishes that relationship.
3.SMS and Communications Consent
NationVest LLC operates a two-track SMS and voice communications program. (1) Transactional / conversational messages: property details, responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, and other communications related to your real estate inquiry. (2) Marketing messages: property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing from NationVest LLC. Each track requires a separate, optional opt-in on our contact form; consent to either track is NOT a condition of submitting a property inquiry or receiving services from NationVest LLC. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
